The Cowles family has been in the business of senior care since they opened their home to a single resident in 1979. Now, with fifty-plus residents, we still hold on to the commitment to offer a warm, family living environment to a select number of people. And, after twenty-six years caring for seniors, we are proud to still be family owned and operated, being closely involved with the daily care and services provided to each of our residents.

Personnel at My Father's Retirement Ranch are carefully selected for their ability to carry on the family tradition, providing competent and compassionate care for our residents with a wide variety of needs. Our staff of nearly 20 regularly participates in professional development activities and takes pride in serving the residents as part of the family at The Ranch .
